If a prepaid order is cancelled by us and a refund is applicable, the eligible amount will be refunded through the applicable payment method.
5. Cash on Delivery
Cash on Delivery may be available for eligible orders.
Due to high demand, a booking amount may be required to confirm a COD order.
The remaining amount is payable at the time of delivery.
The COD booking amount may be non-refundable if the customer refuses delivery, cancels after confirmation, or the order is returned due to customer-related reasons.
6. Shipping and Delivery
We provide shipping across India.
Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days and are usually delivered within 3–5 working days, although some locations may require up to 5–10 business days or longer.

8. Warranty
RIAR ÉLUX foot and leg massager products come with a 12-month warranty, subject to the applicable warranty terms.
The warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, unauthorized modification, improper handling, or other exclusions applicable to the product.
